Everyone should have a will, especially if you have minor children. There are a number of things to consider, such as, who you would like to execute your will (a Personal Representative), if you have specific bequests for items or cash, specific burial directives, and guardians and trustees for minor children.

In addition to a will, everyone should have a living will and power of attorney.

Below you will find two forms that you should look at and discuss prior to our first meeting. One form is for a married couple and one is for a single person.

If I have drafted a will for you and there is a section regarding Memorandum Disposition of Tangible Personal Property, below is a copy of the form I provided for you to fill out at your leisure.  You may make as many changes as you wish.  If you have made more than three changes to the form I provided, please fill out a new sheet.  You must destroy previous copies every time you fill out a completely new form so there is no confusion at a later time.
